I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEM SO WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE THEM ALL IN THE SHIPMENT I JUST GOT?
We utilize several storage facilities and, because of that, it is possible that you will receive multiple packages containing all of the items you ordered. You are not charged any additional shipping fees -- they are as indicated in the shopping cart when you check out. If you haven't received all of your items in the timeframe indicated upon checkout, please email us with your order number and missing item(s) and we will investigate it immediately to determine if there is as problem. contact@kjpartnersllc.com
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
Kindly check your SPAM or JUNK folders to see if your confirmation email was sent there. Be sure to add us to your safe senders list to assure you receive all communications from us!
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/RETURNS POLICY?Refunds are issued for home decor (pipe) items only if the item is broken or damaged upon receipt with immediate notification.
Refunds are issued for Pet Products only if they are not received in new condition, bagged and properly labeled by us. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of order and defective product must be returned within 14 days of RMA request date.
Pet Products Note: All products are available in limited quantities only and likely can not or will not be reordered, making "like" exchanges nearly impossible. If a defective item is received by you, we may be able to send a substitute product if there is no properly sized remaining inventory of the product you originally ordered. Items purchased from the clearance store are FINAL SALE and can not be refunded, exchanged or returned. These are meticulously detailed as to condition, lack of tags, slight imperfections, etc.
Pipe Home Decor Products Note: Exchanges can be challenging since we order close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do. It may take some time to come up with a suitable solution and we appreciate your patience as we work to find a situation that is fair to all involved.
Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you prefer.

- Fed Ex Ground
- DHL
- USPS Priority Mail
Shipments to PO Boxes will be served via USPS Priority Mail only.

Pipe Home Decor Products: 30 day warranty; exchanges and returns for damaged or defective products only.
Pet Products: These are closeout products and are not warrantied by KJ Partners but these are excellent brands that have superb reputations in the pet world.
