KJ Kustom @ Wild Things Bazaar
The KJ Kustom items sold by us through our Wild Things Bazaar store are unique to YOU, the customer. If there is any issue with the item that is the result of our production partner's failure to provide top quality merchandise, we will absolutely re-print and re-deliver that product to you. Examples would be an errant stain, incomplete printing, obviously skewed application a graphic to merchandise, etc.
Custom Products - Add Your Own Picture, Text, etc.
Unfortunately due to the nature of customized products, there are no refunds or returns for other than manufacturing error or incorrect product being received. Errors related to poor image quality, misspellings of names/dates/other info or other buyer-supplied input issues cannot be covered because we are not able to control what you are providing for customization/personalization. There is no quality control on customer-provided imagery or text. If you provided "San" but you really intended "Sam", that will pass through from your cart directly to production as we have no way to determine if you meant something different than you input/supplied. If such an occurrence were to happen, we will be happy to re-print at your expense and will work to supply a discount in this case.

All of our products are high quality, limited quantity, closeout items that we have curated for our customers and carefully check to assure they are in new, pristine condition. These are items we ourselves would be happy to receive especially at these low prices. Clearance items are one-of-a-kind or possibly less-than-perfect -- any imperfections are clearly detailed in the product listing. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges offered for clearance items.
All Best FUR-Ever Friends sales are final -- we will allow unused merchandise in our original, labeled packaging to be returned within 10 days of receipt date with prior authorization for store credit only. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
We cannot be responsible for wear and tear damage. If you have a problem with your merchandise within 30 days of purchase, we reserve the right to determine the issue's origin and if it is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we may choose to refund your purchase price, offer a direct replacement (if still available) or issue a store credit.
Dealfacto products are "final sale". If there is unforeseeable damage to the item (with an intact shipping box, for instance), if the wrong product is sent or if there is any other product-related issue, you should send an email to email@example.com and attach clear pictures of the issue you're reporting for consideration. All requests must be received within 30 days of package receipt (based on the delivery tracking). If approved, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label to return the item and can then choose to re-ship or have the item refunded to your initial form of payment.
Requests for Refunds Due to Damage, Non-Delivery or Post-Delivery Theft
To ease the process of dealing with these types of situations, we offer Route Shipping Insurance when you check out your cart. This coverage is offered to every buyer and you must opt-out if you don't want the coverage. You will receive information on the insurance and tracking once you check out for your convenience. If your item is damaged in shipping (i.e., crushed box is clearly obvious), if your package was not delivered (whether you received notification of delivery or not), or if your delivered package was stolen by porch pirates you would file a claim from our Shipping Insurance partner if you purchased insurance as part of your order.
